On the main front, there is a niche with a fresco which represents the Virgin with the infant Jesus dating back to the end of 16th century or in the early 17th century. He is straight and wrapped in the Virgin’s veil and he holds it by the hand. The restoration works discover on the left side, the figure of Saint Joseph and, on the vault, the image of the dove symbolizing the Holy Spirit. The restoration works, find out also a great part of a fresco around the niche which represents a sort of little temple whose stylistic features refer to the Baroque period.
